Danny Breen was an actor, writer, and producer.
He performed with Second City in Chicago in the early 1980s, before moving to Los Angeles.
Breen is perhaps best known as a cast member of the 1983-1990 HBO series Not Necessarily the News, which featured sketches, parody news items, and commercial parodies.
Breen worked as a producer and writer on Whose Line Is It Anyway?, The Wayne Brady Show, Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show and many others.
His acting credits include work on The Golden Girls, Full House, Seinfeld, Frasier, Mad About You, The Drew Carey Show, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Breen died December 29, 2017, in Los Angeles, California. He was 67.
