Microlearning
Real Biz Shorts is a library of microlearning content library that uses pro-humor to cut through snoozy business jargon. Covering topics ranging from ethics and compliance to talent development, these quick burst learnings cut through and connect to reinforce learned skills or teach new ones.

We’ve co-created these videos with hundreds of organizations to address only the most timely, relevant topics. Over 300 of the Fortune 1000 have used Real Biz Shorts, racking up more than 30 million views.

Mandated Training
We took our first step into mandated training with our anti-harassment program called “Your Best Defense”. Training on these topics is important, sensitive and sometimes… unfortunately, boring. We take on this complex topic with our time-tested methods in a program that educates, entertains, and uses humor to keep participants engaged and create behavior change.

With the complexion of today’s workforce continually evolving, teaching people how to work alongside one another is critical. We partnered with Radical Candor, to develop Improvising Radical Candor: a scalable, interactive workplace comedy series that teaches a management philosophy for specific and sincere praise, kind and clear criticism. Each 60-minute episode (think Groundhog Day Meets The Office) uses comedic storytelling with relatable storylines to drive home foundational skills such as soliciting criticism, giving praise and giving criticism.
